The physical aspect is what you see but the truth is that this is only the least part of what I've gained while working with you, your impact goes way beyond it.
First of all, I've realised that results can only be obtained by applying discipline, it might seem obvious but it's only after a couple of weeks of our collaboration that I've found out that this was the reason why it was working, so I've started applying more discipline to other aspects of my life.
On top of that, I've learned to push my limits or what I thought were my limits, whilst before that I was 'just doing the job', maybe afraid to have goals, you've pushed me to levels that I never thought I'd reach, totally impressing myself at some points and all this methodically and without ever being boring or making me feel like I want to stop or skip a session. I feel like you've unlocked many doors and that I want to keep achieving.
I won't stop now, I'll always aim at progressing and that's your direct impact, everything that I've achieved so far is thanks to your help and every achievement to come will be mine and also yours.

Before working with Helga I felt very anxious about the gym having not been in such a long time. I was worried about my form and lifting correctly without causing more damage than good. My goals discussed with Helga were to loose weight but become stronger and gain muscle. 
She inspired me to take the gym more seriously after taking one of her classes. She motivated me into thinking about food and exercise in such a more positive way and having that perfect balance of a social life but maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She gave me a meal plan with so many cool smoothies and Recipes which suited to my working day. I trained with her 3 times a week and within six weeks I felt like a whole new me. I had so much more energy throughout the days and felt a lot more happy in myself. Not only was my fitness and appearance transformed but also mentally.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for working with me the last few months. When I started I was wearing those baggy T-shirts, had no idea where to start in the gym and had no confidence, and now I feel like I am fully confident to continue training on my own in my crop tops. I am so much happier and healthier and training with you has given me motivation to keep going - every step is progress and your advice and support has been brilliant.
